Freedom

We live in a complex society these days, with a multitude of opportunities and challenges, as well as the freedom to shape our existence according to our own desires. To be able to do this properly, you need to be aware of who you are and what suits you, where you find yourself, what you aspire and what is needed to get there.

Equally, you need to be aware of what is preventing you from realizing those deeper desires and the vision you hold for your life. We’re all, to a lesser or greater extent, troubled by various negative thoughts and beliefs, fears and insecurities, old ingrained (behavioral) patterns that don’t serve us anymore, etcetera. These cut you off from your inner power and can seriously limit you on your life journey! We’ve accumulated many of these ‘programmings’ in our childhood: through important educators, the culture we grew up in, life events and more. They’ve become a part of us, but it’s not who we are in essence.

As long as you aren’t aware of these forces, how they operate within you and how you can surpass them, they have a grasp on you and this means you’re not free. This can have all sorts of negative effects on your sense of wellbeing, as well as hinder true self realization and expression. Our real job in life, therefore, is to raise our consciousness, clear ourselves of our baggage and, ultimately, return to our true self.

Discovering who you truly are means going beyond who you thought you were. You can compare it to peeling the layers of an onion: you keep getting closer to your core, your essence, your original potential. To who you were meant to be. In peeling these layers, you can start creating your best life - and as such, experience a (massive) increase in happiness, joy, freedom and inner peace! On top of that, truly being in touch with your own innate power is not only greatly beneficial for yourself, but for the people around you as well ....
